Defi
Gauges Suzuki Swift |

1.
Defi gauges are a very popular mod. Not only does it look good but it
also supplies you with vital info about your car.

2.
The owner had his own gauge pod made, which is a copy of the original
Suzuki Sport one, with the orientation facing left instead of right.

3.
We test fit the oil temp, fuel pressure, and water temp on the pod.

4.
All Defi gauges plug into this control link module which is conveniently
located under the HVAC controls and held by double tape.

5.
We use our radiator T to make a clean install of the water temp sensor.

6.
That hole is where the sensor screws in.

7.
Here we use an oil filter sandwhich plate, avoiding the entire mess of
drilling the oil pan and install an oil line.

8.
The sensor screws in on the side and the filter screws in on top.

9.
A conventional brass T fitting is used for the fuel pressure sensor.

10.
We splice the fuel line and clamp the T into place.

11.
Now comes the wiring, we have to locate wires for the power, lights
and ignition.

12.
The pod is held by double tape and the wires are run through a small hole
in the dash.

12.
Presto! The amber color matches the rest of the instrumentation.
