1. The stock filter box is all thrown out the garbage. There's a lot of space left over.

2. This is the Pajero's stock airbox. The part the we will retain is the MAF sensor.

3. This is the K&N intake and aluminum adapter for the MAF. The 4.5" inlet is a huge step from the puny 2" stock inlet.

4. The adapter screws on the MAF sensor with 4 screws.

5. We test fitted the K&N filter on the adapter. Fits like a glove.

6. We fabricated a bracket to hold the adapter to the top of the shock mount.

7. Freer breathing with an increase of 5hp, not bad for an hour's work.
