other modification gives a lasting power gain like that of a turbo kit.
With the popularity of the Honda Jazz/City, we have developed a 100% bolt
on kit that requires no cutting or major fabrication of any kind. All
the components are already pre fabricated with countless hours of R&D
to ensure a perfect fit.

1.
While making only 60hp to the wheels, the Honda Jazz/City is by no means
slow but there is always room for more. In this case, nearly 100% more.
|

2.
The SpeedLab turbo kit is very comprehensive. A cast manfild and outlet
ensure that there will be no cracking, and all the piping is already made
to ensure a perfect fit with no rubbing.
|

First up we mount the intercooler in front, taking away the stock 5mph
bumper guard.
|

The stock header is removed to make way for the installation of the
turbo manifold.
|

The rturbo then bolts into the place.
|

6.
The intake pipe tot he throttle body is then installed with silicon
hoses.
|

7.
We took this opportunity to install a set of SpeedLab silicon radiator
hoses.
|

8.
The discharge pipe is the next peice to be installed. This takes pressurized
air into the intercooler.
|

9.
We have a multitude of engine management options but nothing beats the
Unichip's versatility and value for money.
|

The intercooler pipes are then installed on the front mount.
|

Hose clamps are used to tighten everything up.

Here's a front view of the front mount intercooler.

A K&N filter is fitted over the intake pipe.
|

Additional fuel is provided by an additional injector controlled by
the Unichip.

Our turbo kit allows you a choice of a wide variety of blow of valves.
Here we're installing the latest HKS SSQV.
|

After the flange is welded on, the HKS SSQV is secured using a snap
clip.
|

Since this will be a show car, the Unichip is shown off in the glove
compartment.

All finished and its off to the Dyno for some tuning.
